In 2013, my mentor, Mark Hamtek, at Harvard Research and Control stated that it was a very important tool to develop companies and, to my shame, that it would pave the way for the development of an excellent product! Maybe next year we’ll see some big changes to the world of co-funded tech and finance for startups, such as Hulick Foundation, the start-up co-op and the first R&D session of Tech Action, and we could see a brighter future for the first of what is expected to be a number of newly funded startups in the sector… not to mention, I hope it means something good and lasting.
